Applewood smoke out of a WSM

Smoking a pork shoulder over applewood for about 8 hours to make pulled pork tacos for a family summer barbecue.

It’s a low-and-slow kind of Sunday.

The weekend’s barbecue forecast calls for an applewood smoked pork shoulder, pulled and served as tacos for a family get-together.

A variation of this was a hit the last time, so we’re all looking forward to this one.

Flatbreads and other things smoked

Chicken wings smoked with mesquite, with flatbread pizzas finished off in the smoker. These were all delicious.
